Privacy notice
Last updated: 11 October 2026
AGG is committed to protecting personal data and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian and European Union data-protection law. This notice explains how personal data is handled in connection with this website and enquiries addressed to AGG.
Who is responsible?
AGG ICT SERVICES S.R.L., CUI 47666995, Trade Register J40/3278/2023, Bulevardul Timișoara, nr. 26, etaj 1, biroul 127, Sector 6, București, Romania, is the controller for the enquiries it receives and handles. Contact info@aggict.com or +40 726 876 771 for privacy questions or requests.
Information and purposes
The form asks for your name, work email, advisory area and a short message. Organisation is optional. We use information received by email or telephone to respond, assess a possible engagement and manage related correspondence. Avoid sharing sensitive personal data, classified material or information unrelated to your enquiry.
Form entries remain in the current page’s memory. Preparing the enquiry creates an email link and a downloadable text brief locally. No form submission is sent to an AGG website server. Your email app receives the prepared details only when you choose the email link; you must review and send the message yourself. Closing or reloading the page clears its form state, although your browser or email app may retain its own drafts, autofill information or downloads.
Optional analytics and cookie choices
Optional analytics relies on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and remains inactive until you accept it. It may measure website usage to improve content and performance. No analytics service is active in this version and no analytics data is sent. Your cookie choice is stored locally in this browser for 180 days, with the notice version and choice dates, to respect your preferences. This local preference is not submitted to AGG. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings without affecting earlier lawful processing. For the technology inventory and controls, see the Cookie notice.
Legal bases
For business contact correspondence, our basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with organisations and evaluating enquiries, taking account of the individual’s interests and rights (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Where an individual requests steps towards a contract to which they would be a party, Article 6(1)(b) may apply. Legal obligations apply where records must be retained by law. Necessary site operation and security rely on the legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website.
Contact information and a meaningful message are needed to respond usefully. Providing an organisation name is optional. The form does not subscribe you to marketing and does not require consent to unrelated processing.
Who may receive information?
Enquiries are intended for the AGG people responsible for responding. Email and communications providers process messages according to the applicable service arrangements. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or legal claims. We do not add advertising trackers or sell enquiry data through this website.
Technical service providers and international transfers
We use hosting and related technical service providers to deliver and protect the website. These providers may process IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, request times and security logs for those purposes. The enquiry form prepares an email locally and does not submit your entries to the website server.
Our policy is to use appropriate contractual and security arrangements for service providers processing personal data on our behalf. Any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area requires a lawful transfer basis and the safeguards required by the GDPR. Contact info@aggict.com for information about recipients, any applicable international transfers and how to obtain details of the relevant safeguards.
How long is information kept?
Page-only form entries last for the current page session; downloaded briefs and email drafts are under your control. Enquiry correspondence is kept only while needed to answer the enquiry, evaluate or manage an engagement, or meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. Retention is assessed against the enquiry’s status, the last substantive contact and any applicable limitation or mandatory retention period. Our policy is to delete personal data once it is no longer needed, unless a lawful reason requires further retention. Technical and security log retention is determined by the time needed to operate the website, investigate security incidents and meet applicable legal requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and legal basis, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR.
You can send requests to info@aggict.com; include enough information for us to identify the relevant correspondence. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may request additional information necessary to verify it. We respond without undue delay and within one calendar month of receiving your request. Where necessary because of the complexity or number of requests, we may extend this period by up to two further months. We will inform you of any extension and its reasons within the original one-month deadline. You may complain to ANSPDCP — www.dataprotection.ro, or another competent supervisory authority.
Automated decision-making
We do not use personal data collected through this website or received in enquiries for profiling or for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Protection of personal data
Our policy is to apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Please do not include sensitive personal data, classified material or confidential project documents in an initial enquiry. If such information is needed, contact us first to agree a suitable method of exchange.
Changes
The update date is shown above. Material changes to how this website or enquiry service handles data require an updated notice.
